Terms & Conditions

 

Sessions & Payment

  • All Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Lost minutes due to lateness cannot be reimbursed.

 

  • It may sometimes be necessary for you to complete a longer cool down session after your 1 hour session. If you require assistance with this you can ask Clare Jones.

  • Personal Training sessions or packages must be paid in full before it can take place.

  • All services and sessions should be paid to Clare Jones's bank acount, these details will be given when appropriate. 

  • Prices and Fees are subject to change at any time.

  • Clare Jones Personal Training is able to provide a high standard of Personal Training based on your individual needs, but cannot always guarantee results, or your desired outcome in the time frame you desire. The results of any training programme or scheduled exercise are not guaranteed and your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions.

Cancellation

24 hours notice is required for sessions to be reschueduled or cancelled, otherwise the full amount for the session will be charged.

Packages

Where packages, or a number of sessions are purchased, they must be used within a 3 month period from the date of purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds can only be offered once a service or sessions have been purchased at the discretion of Clare Jones Personal Training.

  • I understand that in the unlikely event that Clare Jones Personal Training cannot complete the sessions I have purchased, I can have a refund for any outstanding sessions or services already purchased.

Risks & Waiver

I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in strenuous exercise. I will complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARq) before taking part in an exercise programme with Clare Jones. I will certify that the answers I give in the PARq are true and to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the trainer, Clare Jones, cannot be held responsible for any injuries or ill health arising from my participation in an exercise programme.

I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform Clare Jones of the conditions or changes in my health, now and on-going, which might affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury. ​​
